I have to admit that, I "like" cooking beacuse I like eating.When you have not so many choices as to which Chinese restaurant to go to, the only thing you can do is to DIY...Someone once said that, cooking is just like doing experiments in the lab...You have a sense of success only when your final result of experiment is satisfactory...And, I find it is more or less the same when it comes to cooking...
